Once a booking is rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 working days through the original payment method wherever possible. Applicable payment-gateway charges, banking charges, and taxes may be deducted.
If lift failure significantly affects accessibility, customers may reschedule or request a full refund. If a power failure prevents normal operation, customers may choose an alternate date or a full refund. Eligible refunds under this clause are processed within two business days.
